We are focused on the acquisition, development, optimization and exploitation of oil, natural gas, and natural gas liquid reserves in North America. Our management team has significant industry experience acquiring and exploiting conventional oil and natural gas properties in multiple resource plays and basins. As a result, our operations focus primarily on enhancing the development and operation of producing properties through our dedication to the efficient exploitation of our current wells. Our acreage positions are concentrated in the Permian Basin of West Texas and New Mexico and the San Juan Basin of New Mexico and Colorado, each of which we believe is characterized by low geologic risk, low decline rates and high recoveries relative to drilling and completion costs.
Our bedrock is long-lived, low decline conventional assets where we employ a skillful team of engineers to maximize ultimate hydrocarbon recovery through enhancements and optimization of producing properties. We maintain financial flexibility with a conservative capital structure and ample liquidity granting us the opportunity for our experienced executive team to source, integrate and optimize acquisitions. We seek to maintain low-risk development and exploitation of our existing properties increasing our reserves and production.
